Generating Focus Group Feedback For A New Material Collection.
A new type of product was produced by this material manufacturer, with a projected target market including, architects, building engineers and interior designers. In order to prepare the most effective launch and communication strategy an evaluation tool was needed to gather feedback.
HOW WE HELPED
Hyloh organized, facilitated and analyzed the findings from several focus group sessions. The program was developed in collaboration with the manufacturers marketing and product specialists, with the goal of identifying sensory reactions, expectations, needs and tools the participants would require to understand the product. The outcomes of the sessions informed Hyloh’s strategic recommendations for launch and promotion.
